Online survey

For the Antonius Hospital we developed a module for PDF output from LimeSurvey, assisting both doctors as well as clients in obtaining a clean print from a LimeSurvey entry. This was not possible using the standard output modules from LimeSurvey.

For this project we have used  mPDF, an open source system which enables us to generate PDF documents from HTML, based on the LimeSurvey data. We now can generate beautiful reports using (HTML focussed) style sheets in CSS.
